We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. *Note any orders purchased within November or December 2022 will be able to use a 60-day return policy. Please ensure products you’d like to return are unused and in brand new condition with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
For online purchases, we have two options to make a return. If you live close to any Fjällräven brand locations, you can bring in your item(s) along with your packing slip and our store staff can process that return for you. Please note, we cannot process returns at third-party resellers, so please reference the North America Stores tab on Fjällräven's Store Locator tool to find your closest brand center. With this option, the timeline to receive your refund should be 1-3 business days.
Alternatively, you can click here to contact Customer Service and request a mail-in return to our warehouse. Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

For returns outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center, please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement. *Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
