We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are unused and in brand new condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any used items. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly through our website with a valid order number.

For online purchases, we have two options to make a return.

1. If you live close to any Fjällräven brand locations, you can bring in your item(s) along with your packing slip and our store staff can process that return for you. Please note, we cannot process returns at third-party resellers, so please reference the North America Stores tab on Fjällräven's Store Locator tool to find your closest brand center. With this option, the timeline to receive your refund should be 1-3 business days.

2. Alternatively, you can click here to contact Customer Service and request a mail-in return to our warehouse. Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

*Any returned items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to you without a refund.*

For returns outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center, please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).


Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
