DPD will make 1 attempt to deliver your parcel at your delivery address. If a parcel cannot be delivered at the first attempt, it will then be sent to a Pickup parcelshop. Please visit the EU website to place an order to the Northern Ireland.
*Please note that our shipping carriers will not be delivering on public holidays and weekends.
FULLY TRACKED ONE-HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
All deliveries are made by DPD couriers; your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the process. On the morning of your delivery, DPD will contact you with a one hour delivery window and the name of your driver. You will also be given the following options, available both online and via SMS:
Select an alternative delivery date
Have your parcel left in a specified safe place
Collect from your local DPD PickUp Shop
A signature is required on receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with information on how arrange redelivery or collection.
