The Loafer Comfort is a first-class HANWAG by Gottstein slipper and hut shoe made of a wool blend from the Tyrolean Stone sheep and Gotland sheep – made sustainably in the heart of the Tyrol. The Tyrolean Stone sheep is one of the rare breeds of sheep that Gottstein helps to preserve. The wool is mulesing-free and impresses with its excellent functional properties: the natural material is durable, breathable, odor-neutralizing and heat-insulating. A special feature of the manufacturing process is the high quality of the clear, pure Tyrolean mountain water, which is essential for felting and fulling. Each felt slipper is made seamlessly and by hand over a shoe last. The comfortable shoe is completed by a red leather sole made from high-quality, hydrophobised Perwanger leather.
